Ashland Greene Starts 2022 strong, closing on 5 New Properties.

Ashland Greene is proud to announce the acquisition of “The DFW 5”, adding 1,530 units to its portfolio, increasing its unit count to over 4,000+ units.

“The DFW 5”, located throughout DFW, greatly expands Ashland Greene’s footprint in DFW.

The five new assets are strategically located in prime locations where employment, accessibility, and entertainment are the top selling factors.

Ashland Greene is looking forward to repositioning the five new properties, adding the unique Ashland Greene touch that offers our residents a luxurious and affordable lifestyle.

The new properties will be rebranded as follows:

  • Audubon and Newport located in Mesquite, TX are merging to become Knowlton Apartment Homes.
  • Twelve6Ten in Dallas, TX, is now Birch Apartment Homes.
  • Towne Lake Village, Ashland Greene’s third property in Irving, TX, has been rebranded to Hawke Apartment Homes.
  • Villas of Arlington, Ashland Greene’s third property in Arlington, TX, has been rebranded to Mateo Apartment Homes.

Ashland Greene Living will take on management of the day-to-day operations, focusing on repositioning the properties and establishing strong resident engagement by offering superb customer service.

Julie Agne is a recognized leader in the multifamily housing industry, bringing more than 20 years of experience driving performance for large-scale property management operations. Her expertise spans portfolios of up to 20,000 units, including Build-to-Rent (BTR), new construction lease-ups, and value-add communities.

Julie’s leadership experience spans multiple senior roles, and she is widely respected for her commitment to professional excellence and industry advocacy. She is the Past President of the San Antonio Apartment Association, a former board member of both the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA), and currently serves on the Board of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD).

Known for guiding high-performing teams and implementing best-in-class operational practices, Julie has consistently delivered stronger asset performance, elevated resident satisfaction, and organizational growth. Her leadership blends strategic vision, industry collaboration, and a deep dedication to raising standards across the multifamily sector.
