Ashland Greene Capital is excited to announce the acquisition of Copper Crossing Apartments and Cross Creek Ranch Apartments, both in Benbrook, TX.
As the first step in bringing the properties to their full potential, Ashland Greene has rebranded; Copper Crossing is now Sagamore Apartment Homes and Cross Creek Ranch is now Athena Apartment Homes.
The newly acquired Benbrook properties add 688 units, increasing the Ashland Greene portfolio to over 2,900 apartment units. These are now the fourth and the fifth properties in Tarrant County owned and managed by Ashland Greene.
